Is it safe to book with Le Ski? The short answer is Yes! For full details please see Guarantees and Bonding.
Do we need to bring towels? No, hand and bath towels are provided and there is a mid week linen change too. Save your baggage allowance for something we don't provide.
Do you provide TVs and DVD players? We don't provide these as standard in the chalets, however we do have a supply in each resort that we can provide on a first come first served basis if you ask one of our hosts or managers. You can also book these in advance if you want to. We also have a stock of novels in each resort - if you want to borrow one, please ask!
Do we need to bring a hairdryer? If you have your own that you particularly like it's a good idea to bring it, however we do have a supply in each resort that we can provide if you ask one of our hosts or managers.
Is there ironing equipment in the chalets? We have a supply in each resort that we can provide if you ask one of our hosts or managers.
What about pillows? We do provide pillows but if you if you have your own that you particularly like it's a good idea to bring it! We have a supply of extra pillows in each resort that we can provide if you need another one.
Is ski carriage included? Sadly free ski carriage is a thing of the past. However, our charge is significantly lower than most. There is a charge of £25 per set of skis/boards if booked in advance. If you turn up at the airport without a voucher you will have to pay £30 if the airline accept your equipment.
Is food served during the flight? No, there is now a buy on board policy on our flights.
What is the luggage allowance and does it include ski boots? You can take 20kg per person plus your skis or board. Ski boots count as normal luggage and so are included in the 20kg. Infants get no baggage allowance on the Manchester flight but get 10kgs on the Gatwick flight.

Can you recommend a car parking company? Gatwick - we recommend APH parking www.aph.com Manchester - we use and highly recommend Day By Day parking, an excellent value valet parking service www.daybydayparking.com Please mention Le Ski for special rates.
Do you book ski lessons? No but we can offer lots of advice. For full information go to Ski School
Do you have childcare in the resort? All our childcare is based in La Tania, one of the most child-friendly ski resorts in the world. We have a private Le Ski crèche there run by our own qualified Nannies. We can recommend nanny services for Courchevel and Val d'Isère. Please call us on 01484 548 996, or see Useful Links
Where are your chalets located? We have chalets in Val d'Isère, Courchevel 1650 and La Tania. See Val d'Isère resort map, Courchevel resort map or La Tania resort map
Can I pay for my lift pass by credit card & is there a charge? Yes you can pay by credit card on the transfer coach from Chambery to your resort. No, there is no charge. Unfortunately we can't accept payments by debit card, so if you don't want to use a credit card we'll happily accept Euros cash instead. You don't need a photograph anymore either, unless you're staying longer than 6 days in our resorts or qualify for a free lift pass.
What do I need for the hot tub? A swimming costume of some type. Towels and some gowns are provided and there are male and female changing rooms and showers too.
What is the latest time that I can check in? We recommend you check in 2 hours before departure. Additional security has unfortunately slowed down the whole airport experience.
